Kathie Robidou is a Principal Broker and was the proud Owner of Coldwell Banker Advantage One Properties for 11 and a half years until she sold the franchise July 1st of 2019 so she could devote more time to her clients. Kathie worked 22 years previously at another Coldwell Banker franchise here that closed down in November of 2007 where she was a top production agent for over a decade.
Kathie’s list of accomplishments are many! In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she also holds her GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), and ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative).
